1. Marketplace Relationship

ServiceFind operates solely as an independent matching and referral service. ServiceFind is not a mechanical contracting company and does not directly perform heating, ventilation, or air conditioning installations, diagnostics, or repairs. All work is performed by independent licensed contractors who operate their own separate legal entities.

2. Independent Contractor Responsibility

While ServiceFind conducts initial license standing audits and EPA Section 608 credential checks, homeowners enter into direct contractual agreements with their chosen independent contractor. Any warranties, guarantees, or service terms are between the consumer and the contractor.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ServiceFind shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from contracting services performed by independent contractors matched through our platform.
